For his part, the South Korean president said that he was glad to see China-South Korea relations improving and developing rapidly, with strong growth momentum in economic and trade cooperation. While highlighting that people-to-people exchanges between the two countries are expected to exceed 10 million this year, Lee said that South Korean public perceptions of China are improving and there are growing expectations for strengthening comprehensive cooperation with China. Amid the current international situation, Lee said that stronger strategic cooperation between South Korea and China serves the fundamental interests of both countries and is important for regional peace and stability. 三 | 日本人が独島を本籍に置くことができるのは、日本政府が独島を自国領土だと主張しているうえ、日本の戸籍法上、自国民が国内のどこへでも本籍地を移転できるように規定しているためだ。独島に本籍を移す場合、住所は「島根県隠岐郡隠岐の島町竹島官有無番地」と記載される。「官有無番地」とは、日本の国有地で別途の番地がないという意味だ。2004年3月に独島へ本籍を移転していた拓殖大学の浜口和久特任教授は、数年前に本籍を東京へ再び移した。

四 | 浜口氏は独島に転籍した当時、「竹島や領土問題を国民に知ってほしい」と明かしていた。東京への再転籍については、領土問題に関心がある日本人から問い合わせを受けて実際に転籍した人もいたとし、「役割は十分に果たした」と主張している。また、前日に開かれた「竹島の日」記念式典では日本政府が閣僚級（副大臣級）ではなく政務官級の人物を派遣したことに対して「残念だ」と述べ、より強力な対外メッセージが必要だと強調した。
